What to Expect

A free spine check provides you with the opportunity to chat with the Chiropractor to discuss any aches and pains you are experiencing, and receive a spine check which may provide some explanation to your symptoms.  The sessions also allows you to receive a free taster of The Mobiliser.  More information about The Mobiliser can be found by clicking on The Mobi tab, but in brief, The Mobiliser is a body length mat which you lay on.  It has two rollers which move up and down the spine, taking the joints of the spine into slight extension.  Over time, this safely increases range of motion in the spine, assisting with better posture and a reduction or resolution of back pain and stiffness.  It is has been tested by NATO, the MOD and the RAF and is used in every UK military Rehab base.  The Mobiliser has helped tens of thousands beat back pain.

Following the month of May spine checks, The Mobiliser will be the first service to serve the businesses of the Park and will be located in the Regus building.

​

In September 2024, Living Well Chiropractic will also commence providing Chiropractic care at the Park.
